Intimacy 2022

As our society has slowly come out of the pandemic and live a life post social restrictions, we are looking to new social forms, modes of work and more sustainable ways of living. ‘Intimacy 2022’ contemplates our future moving on from social distancing, as we become close again. 2022 has been a confusing year with many redefinitions in social functions, modes of work and lifestyle. Here we contemplate the strangeness of life without connection, something to consider as we reshape our future. 

The vessels have been presented in exhibition and the audience are encouraged to interact with them through digital and performative prompts throughout the show. Everyone is invited to kiss their loved ones, a friend, a stranger, and still be socially distanced.
